Initially, we focus on understanding the customer's needs and clarifying their basic situation (including printing processes, printing equipment, printing substrates, production capacity, and performance requirements for the product). After that, we provide our professional knowledge for the customer's reference, and then feedback to the R&D department for product development. Once the customer's product development is completed, we communicate with the customer to conduct a small-scale test. Based on the test results, we decide whether to finalize production or continue to improve and test again. After a successful test, the customer places an order for production. For large orders, we can dispatch an on-site engineer to provide technical assistance.


1. We will produce samples according to the customer's requirements. The cost of some product samples will need to be covered by the customer.


2. After both parties agree on the product formula, a contract is signed and a deposit is paid. Production time is calculated from the time the order is placed.


3. The domestic product delivery time will not exceed 9 days, and for export products, the shipping time will not exceed 9 days.
